The Washington Duke Inn is located on a 300-acre site, which includes the Duke University Golf Course and acres of forest. Currently, they are making improvements which involve relocating the kitchen and pool to make room for a larger ballroom and more office space. Duane K. Stewart & Associates is providing the site plan, including grading plan, stormwater impact analysis, utility design, permitting, erosion control plan, fireflow analysis, and construction plan.
