Duane K. Stewart & Associates provided engineering services in the development of Duke’s new state-of-the-art, off-site book storage facility. The Library Services Center consists of two buildings totaling 23,000 square feet. Engineering services provided were site plan preparation, including preliminary planning, utility design, stormwater impact analysis and drainage plan, roadway and parking lot design, grading, fireflow analysis, permitting, and planting plan.
