The Duke Faculty Club is located near the Washington Duke Inn and Golf Club and includes tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a playground, a fitness center, and an activities building. Engineering services provided by Duane K. Stewart & Associates were site plan and construction plan, including preliminary planning, utility design, stormwater impact analysis and drainage design, wastewater system design, roadway and parking lot design, fireflow analysis, and permitting.
