Developers, C.A.I Group chose Duane K. Stewart & Associates to provide complete engineering services for their 5-building mixed-use development located at the intersection of I-40 and Hwy 54. We provided the site plans and construction plans for the project. This included preliminary planning, utility design, stormwater drainage design, Q2/Q10 study, wastewater system design, fireflow analysis, permitting, erosion control plan, roadway and driveway design, rezoning, development plan, and landscape plan.
